Loretta began working at Chicago Title since 1988 and has been an escrow officer for many years. She is now the Branch Manager as well as a Senior Escrow Officer at our South Fremont Branch.

Kim started as an escrow assistant in 1975, her ability to develop relationships, cultivate business and expedite escrow transactions soon earned her the title of Escrow officer in 1977. Kim specializes in Resale, Refinance, REO and Shortsales.
